VaultTrade Reality Check collects minimum information needed to scope a research-only strategy evidence audit. The V1 public site does not accept strategy files, broker exports, payment data, API keys, or account credentials.

Data collected in V1

Name, email, strategy type, market, timeframe, review goal, optional notes, and research-only consent confirmation.

Data not requested

Do not submit passwords, broker credentials, private keys, account identifiers, payment card details, or unredacted sensitive documents through the public form.

Handling principle

Audit fulfilment should use data minimisation, redaction where practical, and private handling outside the public marketing site.
