Trading ideas don't need hope. They need evidence.

Turn a strategy, trade log, or backtest into a research-only verdict report: what holds up, what breaks, and what still needs proof.

Execution stays blockedThe public product reviews evidence only. No broker access. No trade execution.

Most strategy owners do not need more ideas. They need a fair test.

VaultTrade Reality Check sits between a tempting backtest and serious risk. It is for people who already have rules, logs, exports, or scripts and want independent pressure on the evidence.

TradingView / Pine users

For strategy scripts, screenshots, exported backtests, and rule descriptions that need independent scrutiny.

Crypto bot builders

For automated strategy builders who need cost, concentration, and data-quality checks before risk enters the workflow.

Futures / funded-account traders

For traders who need to understand whether a strategy is fragile under limits, drawdown rules, and consistency pressure.

Algo developers

For developers with logs, CSVs, or rulesets who want a clear evidence report rather than another optimistic backtest.

Small research teams

For lean teams that need repeatable challenge, assumption registers, and evidence trails without a full platform build.

We try to break the strategy before the market does.

The audit focuses on the weak points that can make an attractive backtest misleading once costs, timing, data quality, and regime shifts are treated honestly.

Data quality and provenance
Realistic fees, spread, and slippage
Train vs out-of-sample behaviour
Top-trade dependency
Month, session, and regime concentration
Long vs short asymmetry
Kill tests and stress cases
Funded rule-fit add-on later

A clear path from submitted evidence to a verdict report.

1

Submit

Send strategy context, rules, trade log, or backtest export.

2

Validate

Check assumptions, source quality, cost realism, and scope.

3

Stress

Run evidence checks, out-of-sample review, and kill tests where data supports it.

4

Report

Receive a research-only verdict with what the evidence can and cannot prove.

5

Decide

Retest, refine, park, reject, or request deeper due diligence.

We do not tell you what to trade. We tell you what your evidence can and cannot prove.

Every report separates scope, assumptions, tests performed, limits, and verdict. A failed strategy is not wasted time if the failure is found before capital is exposed.

  • Data source is documented, but session handling needs stronger proof.
  • Cost stress materially reduces the submitted expectancy.
  • Out-of-sample stability is mixed across regimes.
  • Top-trade dependency is below the reject threshold in this sample.
  • No conclusion is made about future returns or what to trade.
Dark mountain peak lit by gold light

Not another backtest. A research standard.

VaultTrade Reality Check exists to raise the evidence bar. The product does not sell dreams, signals, or performance theatre. It sells a disciplined challenge to strategy claims.

Your data is private. Your edge is yours.

The V1 public site collects minimum intake details only. Strategy files, broker exports, payment flows, and private research artifacts stay out of the public web surface.

Clear boundaries are part of the product.

VaultTrade Reality Check is research-only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, copy trading, portfolio management, or execution.

Useful answers before you submit a strategy.

Is this a trading signal service?

No. VaultTrade Reality Check reviews submitted strategy evidence. It does not issue signals or instructions to trade.

Do you tell me whether to buy or sell?

No. Reports are historical research and evidence review only. They do not recommend entries, exits, instruments, or portfolio actions.

Do reports prove future returns?

No. The point of the service is to challenge evidence and expose weak assumptions before capital is at risk.

What files do I need?

A strategy description, backtest export, trade CSV, assumptions, screenshots, or rules text. V1 intake does not accept uploads on the public site.

Can you review crypto strategies?

Yes, where the submitted data and assumptions are sufficient for a research-only evidence review.

Can you review futures or funded-account strategies?

Yes. Funded rule-fit is planned as an add-on and must not be treated as a pass assurance.

What if my strategy fails?

That is a useful outcome. You receive the evidence for why it failed and what would need to be proven next.

Do you keep my data private?

Your strategy evidence is treated as private. V1 asks for minimum information and does not expose client strategy data publicly.
